i m out of my place for almost a month by now , hectic life no rest , of course i get paid for that ,

a new branch of our restaurant was opened on 9Th may in reading , Berkshire , it was a instant success and going busy. guest waiting outside for at least one hour to get seated , CHENNAI DOSA does the magic every time , to say the truth I'm really proud to be member of Chennai dosa family , but i m equally frustrated when seeing my friends who enjoy their British job and British life ..

5Th june i m back in my home base , the place i love to work, I know there are lot of better places to work , but this is my favourite place , both myself and my restaurant had a very hard time in the past three years , we will bounce back to our glory , i don't know weather i will be here to see that happen , i don't know what twists the future has for me , but what i know is Chennai dosa will be a unforgettable chapter in my life

actually i learned a lot apart from my profession , confidence , commitment , perseverance , patience and a lot more ....
